Manufactured primarily from 6063 T6 extruded aluminium alloy.

The gear tray, or gear trays, install with sprung steel fixing clips.

Mains cable entry is via 10mm diameter cut-out hole at one end of the back plate.

The diffuser is specially blended from LED grade frosted polycarbonate for excellent light transmission while eliminating 'bright spots' and snaps in for ease of installation.

Optional UGR19 compliant 2 part diffuser lens comprising of a clear polycarbonate body with inserted light controlling panel.

Additional colour filters, or diffusing, filters can be easily installed.

RGB colour mixing LED strips can be supplied as an addition, or instead of, the standard white LED boards.

This luminaire is manufactured in standard lengths, which include the 2mm thick end caps where required, or can be easily supplied in bespoke lengths (subject to the LED board standard lengths of 280mm and 560mm).

Other lengths of LED board (140mm and 70mm) can be used to achieve a more accurate length, if required, but the LED board type will change along with the parameters.

Standard Initial LED lumen package of 3,336 lumens at 250mA while consuming 22 circuit watts (information pro rata for a length of 1,000mm). Technical data is based on the Tridonic LLE 20 LED boards (higher efficacies are available to special order up to 176 lumens per circuit watt), luminaire lumens are in excess of 150 lumens per circuit watt.

Dali dimming constant current power supply fitted as standard.

Emergency output (BLF) is typically 220 lumens (when illuminating 1 x 560mm LED board) but is subject to various factors.

Available in 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 and 6,500K with a CRI\80 and compliant to <3SDCM.

Visible width of 58mm, depth of 80mm and with an overall width across flanges of 97mm (19.50mm wide flanges).

A 2mm minimum clearance will be required around the entire recessed section and can be calculated by taking the overall dimensions and then subtracting 35mm from the width and length (on individual sections). Continuous runs will need to be calculated in the same manner but only subtracting 17.50mm on the length, for a start or end section, but subtracting 0mm on the length if it is a middle section.

This luminaire is supplied unpainted, due to the design, and the ceiling paint finish will colour the exposed 2mm edge.

Installation should be carried out with the diffuser 'installed' to maintain the width of the opening.
